Are you looking for a place to connect with nature? A place where you hear no traffic noise and see no signs of civilization but hear birds sing and see wild moose grazing on the banks of the river? Then look no further. This is your chance to take a break from the daily grind and relax, breathing fresh Canadian forest air.
Enjoy a rustic lifestyle which includes living and cooking with propane, heating with wood and exploring the magnificent wilderness which surrounds us. We offer a handful of unique accommodation options. Any rooms can be rented by the week or the day.
We have explored many of the remote parts of the valley and hope that you too will discover the spectacular beauty of our area and its endless opportunities for enjoying the great wilderness. If you’re up for some outdoor activities, our retreat is a great starting point to go out on a canoe tour, go kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or hike the Wheaton River Valley. We offer guided tours and have all equipment you need on site. Ask us what’s going on during your stay!

“We spent 5 wonderful days in the Log Cabin for Christmas 2016. During the booking process, Carmen and Robert were very helpful, answering our many questions with details and seriousness. When we had arrived their welcome was amazing and accompanied by a glimpse of northern lights. During our stay, Carmen and Robert’s advices for walks in the area were the best for the season and the diversity of our group. The simplicity of renting snowshoes or borrowing ice skates was much appreciated. The kindness was in every talks and gestures. And the Cabin! What a place! Beautifully build with lots of decorative details. We even had Christmas’s decorations! We have not landed yet and are ready to come back!” Helene, Gwennan, Goulwen and Kids, Vancouver
